Platform role
24hr-booking provides booking software and marketplace tools. Property hosts are independent operators responsible for their listings, pricing, house rules, and guest fulfillment unless otherwise stated in a direct agreement.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Owners are responsible for content published through their accounts.
Bookings & payments
Reservation terms, cancellation rules, and refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and the host's settings. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass fees or security controls.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us for the affected booking or subscription period.
